Welcome to Larks restaurant located at Ashland Springs Hotel in the heart of downtown Ashland, Oregon. We created and designed Larks - Home Kitchen Cuisine as a celebration of Oregon - its farms, orchards, vineyards, artisan cheese makers, and chocolatiers. Our hope is that we have created a relaxing atmosphere with the kind of food and wine we most enjoy.

Traveling from the North
Take Exit 19, turn right and continue to first light. Turn left onto Highway 99 which turns into N. Main Street. Continue approximately 2 miles to downtown. The hotel is on the corner of First St. and East Main Street. Follow brown "Historical Landmark" signs to the Ashland Springs Hotel.

Traveling from the South
Take Exit 11 onto Hwy 99 which turns into Siskiyou Blvd. Continue 5 miles to downtown. Turn left on First Street. Follow brown "Historical Landmark" signs to the Ashland Springs Hotel.
